NCAA Division 3 Women’s Top Lacrosse Players from Long Island

Talent is ALL OVER at the D3 level for the women. WIth so much talent spread out at so many different school, this list was tough to make up. LILJ looked at numerous criteria to select the players on this list. From stats and accolades, to academics and consistency, the players on this list have demonstrated all the qualities as to what it takes to be the not only the best from Long Island, but the best in the country.

1 Caitlin Anderson, Junior Defense Manhasset, W and L

Second Team All- ODAC selection, Anderson was a member of the All- Tournament team and pick up 37 ground balls on the season

2 Lilly Bernardi, Junior Defense, Massapequa, TCJN

Started all 23 games for the Lions and Led the nation in scoring defense.

3 Annika Johnsen, Senior Midfield, Bellport, Messiah

55 points on the year, securing 22 draw controls, Johnsen marked First Team All- Mac Commonwealth and First Team All- Metro

4 Collette Murray, Junior Attacker, Manhasset, W and L

Second Team All- ODAC registered 50 points on last years season

5 Corie Hack, Senior Attacker, ESM, Claremont Mckenna

SCIAC Offensive player of the year and First Team All- SCIAC, starting 20 games and amassed 70 points on the year.
