It’s one last ride for Psyllos and the boys. A strong Senior class, with an army of young talent, Manhasset will aim to shoot their arrows though the hearts of top conference opponents as they ride towards a Class B State Title. Hear from one of the Indians leaders in a recent interview with LILJ.

Q: How was football season?

This last football season was such a great experience for me. So many great moments and lessons that I’ll keep with me for my future in my lacrosse career.

Q: How has football made you a better lacrosse player?

It has taught me how to properly be physical and aggressive on the lacrosse field.

Q: Why Cornell?

Cornell really was such an easy choice for me because of the overall team-first mindset which was valued and appreciated amongst the whole roster. I am so excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the storied Cornell Lacrosse program.

Q: What other schools were you considering?

I had other interest from some smaller D3 schools.

Q: What does Manhasset have to do to repeat as Nassau County Champions?

The main thing I feel we need to do as a team this year is make sure everyone is on the same page and have a level of trust amongst the whole team that everyone is going to give whatever they have on the field at all times.

Q: What is the goal in your senior season at Manhasset?

My goal this year is ofcourse to win a state championship for the town of Manhasset, while having an amazing last season with my teammates and being able to enjoy the time we have together.
