In a world of competitive Long Island Lacrosse, Cody Swing and Ryan Dance help take athletes to the next level. The two are the founders of GLE (Goal Line Extended) Performance, a training service that uses the latest technology and techniques to maximize a player’s potential.
The Long Island natives have simply played sports all their life. Swing was captain of his Northport Varsity Football and Lacrosse teams and Dance played at the renowned IMG academy. With both men once playing at a competitive college level, it is clear that they know what it takes to succeed in the lacrosse world. The two met at Hofstra University while earning their certifications as personal trainers, and the rest is history. GLE remains committed in ensuring the “growth of the game” and keeping player’s at their peak health and fitness.
This Tuesday at 2:00 p.m., Swing and Dance will join Host Corey Winkoff on the show Beyond the Game (BYG). The two will reflect on their athletic careers and discuss some of GLE’s main training philosophies. The live show has previously welcomed the likes of JM3 Sports Founder Jamie Munro and SportRecruits Co-Founder Matt Wheeler. You can watch Beyond the Game Tuesday afternoons at 2:00 p.m. on Facebook Live and YouTube @FLG Lacrosse.
