LILJ sets to kick off their High School Spring Experience

[Stony Brook, New York] Long Island Lacrosse is back, and there is no better way to kick off the preseason than with the LILJ High School Spring Experience. The LILJ HSSE is going to be the home of some of the best talent Long Island has to offer. The 8 week-long league will garner a lot of attention for players who are still in the recruiting process and will highlight tons of players throughout the league.

Playing Inside the Best Facility on the Island. Teams in the HSSE will play in the premier Stony Brook Indoor Facility. The Facility is 65 feet high and contains a nearly full-size turf lacrosse field. There is netting across the entire facility, and a ventilation system that is comparable to playing outside. This facility also has an electric scoreboard, shot clock, and ideal set-up for video streaming; making it one of the best places to play lacrosse on Long Island. The facility also allows teams to take a break from the cold and eliminates the possibility of game cancellations due to inclement weather.

LILJ Media Coverage. All Access. The LILJ High School Spring Experience games will be live-streamed and commentated by the Long Island Lacrosse Journal’s analysts all season long. Anyone from anywhere can tune into  games live for free by clicking the link here. The LILJ has a team of data analysts who will be stating the games carefully by hand and immediately entering the stats into the LILJ website, which was home to over 1 million views in the past year alone! Besides live streaming, commentating, and statting the games, league participants and coaches will get every game’s video recording, with audio, after each weekend of games. You can follow the league all Spring by following the Long Island Lacrosse Journal’s  exclusive coverage on their Instagram, @lilaxjournal and twitter feed @lilaxjournal.

Get Exposure. Get Opportunity. The league allows for some of Long Island’s premier players to receive exposure to college coaches in more ways than one. Here’s what we mean. Besides getting exposure through our video live stream, commentators, stats, and media coverage; every game at the LILJ HSSE will be stored on the Event Beacon app, home to every college lacrosse coach in the country. This free app developed by Sports Recruits, will give college coaches full access to our league’s games, including team rosters, player recruiting profiles, the full library of games on demand, and statistics from the league. Learn more about Event Beacon right here.
