Coming into the 2022 season the West Babylon Lady Eagles are ranked 14th in the LILJ preseason rankings. They were 10-4 and are the reigning Suffolk Class B champions but came up short in the LIC where they were defeated by Garden City. This season will be about trying to defend their county title and
