The LILJ Winter Premier Showcase brings together some of the top 2029, 2028 & uncommitted 2027 talent from across Long Island. This year’s line-up of College Coaches is better than ever, including representation from the ACC, Big Ten, Big East, CAA, Ivy League, Northeast, Patriot, and Northeast-10 conferences. Here are some of the players we’re most excited to cover, starting with our attackmen:
Attackmen To Watch
CJ Rogler — Attack (Left), Class of 2028 — Garden City HS (SHORE)
Rogler combines elite vision with crisp stickwork, delivering skip passes, one-mores, and crafty finishes. Great hands off-ball, deceptive around the cage, and fearless through contact.
Colin Waxer – Attack (Right), Class of 2028, Bethpage HS (Igloo)
Waxer plays like a coaches kid. Heady game, tremendous off-ball, tough and always looks to make the right play. Effective attackman with solid size and elite IQ. Love his game.Logan Aull — Attack (Left), Class of 2029 — Walt Whitman HS (Team 91)
A tough, skilled finisher who can score with both hands. Strong dodger who thrives in one-on-one matchups where he can get into defenders hands, plays with an edge.
Kyle Ceballos — Attack (Left), Class of 2028 — Babylon HS (Igloo Northmen)
High-energy lefty who can pass, dodge, and shoot at a high level. Dangerous when he initiates and always involved in the play.
Nathan Marchese — Attack (Right), Class of 2029 — St. Anthony’s HS (Express Channy Black)
A varsity contributor as an eighth grader for Bay Shore, Marchese brings excellent vision, slick stickwork, and high lacrosse IQ to the Friars of St. Anthony’s.
Corey Dellafranca — Attack (Right), Class of 2028 — Babylon HS (Igloo Northmen)
Known for the yellow cleats, Dellafranca rides hard, finishes inside, scraps for ground balls, and excels as an off-ball attacker.
Erik Klebers — Attack (Right), Class of 2029 — Massapequa HS (Igloo Alpine Drift)
An automatic finisher around the crease with a quick, overhand release. Plays through checks and is a constant scoring threat. Gotta love those Massapequa natives where they eat bits of lacrosse rubber for breakfast.
