The first weekend of the LILJ Girls HSWL started off with a bang, as it now features three different divisions including middle school, junior varsity and varsity. Across each division led to a total of 28 games played between Saturday December 7th and Sunday December 8th to get the first week of pool play started, featuring both a number of returning teams as well as plenty of newcomers making their winter league debuts across both school and club teams. With week 1 in the books and week 2 getting started tomorrow morning, let’s go back and recap the week that was in the first week of pool play games!
