Why training in smaller groups in beneficial:
- More repetitions with the ball in your stick
- Learn about nuances at each position.
- Focus on more advanced concepts
- Get more mental repetitions – players listening and absorbing information from the coach
- Gives players an opportunity to train while they are tired. Good simulation of playing towards the end of a game or in the 4th quarter.
